From the field to the front office.
I'm a graduate of Electronics Engineering from Bataan Peninsula State University, currently transitioning into virtual assistance. My background isn't in traditional office admin — it's in fieldwork, documentation, and troubleshooting, and I've found those skills transfer directly: careful record-keeping, calm problem-solving, and following a process through to completion.
Google Workspace isn't new to me — I used Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive constantly throughout college for projects and coursework, so the learning curve for administrative tools is short. I'm building on that foundation with calendar management, inbox systems, and light automation to support busy professionals with the same reliability I brought to network operations.
What I bring to the desk.
Dashed pills mark tools I'm actively building toward, not claiming mastery of yet.

Practice scenarios, built end to end.
These are self-directed practice exercises — not live client work — built to show how I'd approach real admin problems using Google Workspace and automation tools. Click any screenshot to view it full size.
Inbox Zero System & Action Labeling
GmailScenario: Designed an organized Gmail workspace to eliminate inbox noise and prevent missed client actions.
Strategy: A color-coded numerical priority system — 01_Action Required, 02_Client Accounts, 03_Read & Review, 04_Automated Notifications.
Outcome: Reached inbox zero while keeping high-priority items easy to spot at a glance.
Multi-Zone Executive Schedule
CalendarScenario: Structured a complex week for an executive involving travel, high-stakes client meetings, and internal team syncs across time zones.
Strategy: Color-blocked flight windows with transit buffers, separated client presentations, team meetings, and protected two-hour focus blocks.
Impact: No scheduling overlaps, even across an intensive travel day.
Digital File Architecture
Google DriveScenario: Reorganized a cluttered corporate Google Drive into a logical, scalable folder taxonomy.
System: Numbered root folders (01_Administration, 02_Finance, 03_Marketing, 04_Products) with clean nested paths for instant retrieval.
Lead Database Formatting & Status Tracking
SheetsScenario: Maintained a clean B2B contact registry with custom validation rules.
Features: Standardized columns, hyperlinked URLs, formatted contact numbers, and dropdown status indicators (Ready to Contact, Email Bounced, Needs Research).
Client Communication Templates
EmailScenario: Drafted standardized email responses for two common, higher-stakes situations — discovery-call scheduling and refund inquiries.
Scheduling draft: Proposed meeting times built directly into the reply, cutting down back-and-forth.
Refund draft: States policy clearly and firmly, while still offering to help — protecting the relationship even when the answer is no.
No-Code Workflow Automation
n8n & ZapierScenario: Practiced building automated pipelines to cut down manual admin work.
Form workflow: Google Form response → new Sheets row → automatic confirmation email, built in Zapier.
AI draft workflow: Incoming Gmail message → analyzed by Gemini through n8n → context-aware reply drafted automatically.
Logged and documented.
Formatted like the daily activity logs I kept in the field — every entry, dated and accounted for.

Set up to work without interruptions.
Clients hiring remotely worry about typhoons, brownouts, and unstable internet — here's my setup and backup plan.
Let's talk about your workload.
I'm looking for an entry-level Virtual Assistant role where I can take administrative tasks off your plate — reliably, and in detail.
